Spring has finally come- Yupi !!!!
(As I am busy running after my toddler riding his bike all the time, it’s gonna be a quick post ๐ )
The nature is waking up and blossom is on the way ๐ The whole world outside starts getting beautiful colours. We say ‘goodbye’ to greyish and gloomy weather and welcome fresh, wonderful spring ๐
If everything around has started becoming so colourful, why not to do the same with ourselves and especially our kids? I’m talking here strictly about clothing.
Let’s forget dark and dull black, navy, grey and brown. Let’s enjoy and have fun with yellow, red, green, blue, pink, orange, purple or full mix of colours ๐
I am not a fan of young boys dressed all the time just in blue (and similar varieties blue/grey, navy/white, black/blue etc) and girls mostly in pink (or pink/red, pink/white etc). When they are still toddlers, we can try some bright and vivid colours on them ๐ Mix and match ๐ I’m a fan of colours,ย different patterns and cartoon characters on children clothes.
Let’s not make our children looking like young adults by dressing them in clothes they will be wearing anyways in the future. Let’s embrace their toddler stage and add some colour to their and our life ๐
Few examples from our life:
Sun is shining ๐
Winter green ๐
Orange is new black ๐
Blue is sometimes nice ๐
Red hot ๐
Rainbow boy ๐
Do you dress your child (especially a boy) in colourful clothes?
What do you think about it?
Share your thoughts with me. I might learn something new as well ๐
Have a lovely day everyone.
Cheers!
Marlena

Hi:)
I hope you are aware it’s only one and the same kid on these photos ๐ (you mentioned ‘kids’).
I believe the same! Bright colours make us feel happier ๐

Thank you (write me please your name- maybe via private message on my Fb page; otherwise you know mine, I don’t know yours :P).
I do love dressing Fabi up in many different colours. I find it boring seeing him in typical boys’ colours, so I try to make him wear all rainbow colours ๐

That is okay, I can put down mine here. The name is Arundhati. Your tongue might tangle, but you asked ๐ Rainbow is the theme! Cheers.

Ha ha ha. Throw curveballs at me like that and I shall be tongue-tied too. During my stay in Warsaw, I would be corrected even when I thought I was saying ‘zapraszamy’ and some other words right. I only got ‘czeลฤ’ right. Same here, Marlena ๐

well done !!!! You wrote ‘czesc’ with proper Polish letters . I’m sorry you’ve been corrected for not pronouncing correctly Polish words. I personally love when foreigners speak Polish with their own accent. It’s so cute and funny! ๐

Maybe I said it wrong. People were so warm in Poland. I really had a lovely time staying there. And the cakes! I had this cheesecake that blew my mind to smithereens.

That’s great to hear it ๐
And yes… I have to admit- Polish doughnuts and cheescakes are the best ๐

Hi! ๐
I hope so… I hope there will be a nice variety of clothes with bright colours available for boys this season. Sometimes it’s really hard to find any yellow or orange item. Most of them are reserved for girls only. Let’s be positive about this season ๐
